Customers are able to apply for a refund via the 'Contact Us' form as located on the website. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide an address to return the goods to, at the expense of the customer (Shipping Fee).

Customers can apply for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
This includes change of mind.

If the goods provided fail due to 'manufacturing defect' or arrive in a condition which is unsatisfactory, we would be more than willing to re-send the goods.

All goods are provided with a 12 month warranty.
